Evaluating Optimum Limited Irrigation and Integrated Nutrient Management Strategies for Wheat Growth, Yield and Quality

Agricultural productivity is significantly influenced by the restricted availability of irrigation water and poor soil health. To assess influence different potential moisture deficit (PSMD) regimes integrated nutrient levels on growth, yield, quality wheat, an experiment was carried out at research area University Agriculture, Faisalabad. The includes three PSMD (I1: 25 mm PSMD, I2: 50 I3: 75 PSMD) four nutrition (N1: 50% organic manure + Inorganic NPK, N2: 75% 25% inorganic N3: 100% application manure, N4: NPK). Results revealed that maximum grain yield (4.78 t ha?1) obtained as a result with combined use sources in equal proportions. In contrast, minimum observed manure. highest plant height (99.11 cm), fertile tillers (284.4), 1000-grain weight (44.48 g), biological (14.82 ha?1), radiation efficiency for (RUEGY) (5.71 g MJ?1), total dry matter (RUETDM) (2.15 MJ?1) were under N1: NPK treatment. value these parameters also I2 (50 PSMD). results this study can be extended to arid semi-arid regions, where key strategy address crises meet sustainable development goals.
